2. Free Shipping

2.1 How does an order qualify for free shipping?

  • You must have at least MYR100 in qualifying products per shipment.
  • You must be shipping to an address within the Malaysia.
  • You must not have an item in your cart that disqualifies free shipping.


3. Same-Day Shipping

3.1 Sainapse guarantees to ship your order the same day you place it IF and ONLY IF your order meets ALL the following criteria:

  • Your order is placed before 10:00AM
  • The day you place your order is a Business Day.
  • All items are in-stock.
  • Your order is not considered an Exception
  • Your order value is less than MYR1,000 before shipping costs.
  • Your order does not require any modification before it is able to ship.

3.2 If your order does meet all the listed requirements, we guarantee shipment of your package that day. If it doesn't meet them all, we may still get it out the same day, but no promises.


4. Local Pickup

  • If your shipping address is in the city of Bayan Lepas, Penang you can opt to pick up your order in person at Sunshine Square Bayan Lepas. We do not charge for this service. The address is:

Sunshine Square 1, Jalan Mayang Pasir, Bandar Bayan Baru, 11950 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

  • You may pick up your order between 8am and 10pm, Monday through Sunday, but please make sure to contact us to check for availability beforehand.


5. Return to Sender Packages

5.1 Packages can be returned to us for missing or incorrect address information. Please take a moment to check and make sure your address book is up to date. If the carrier you select charges us to return the package, we will either a) deduct that from your refund if you want to cancel or b) if you choose to re-ship the package it will be added to the cost of the re-shipment fee. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding international orders

5.2 Please note that if your package is marked to be returned to Sainapse, it could take longer than expected to receive as these packages are not marked as a priority from the shipping company. Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks before we get them back!

5.3 We will only hold a returned package for one week before we restock and refund (if applicable).

5.4 If you think your package is going to be returned to us, please send us an email to so we can note your order and wait for its return.
